
Online Diploma Replacement Request Step 1, Please Enter All Information
This is an official request for a copy of a student record or for information about the student. The information contained in this request should be considered private. Please complete all information in full and then finalize the order process through payment of the 'order fee'. The information required on this page is necessary to verify and protect your school record from being accessed by unauthorized individuals.
This online application is to be used for former FAIRFAX COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS students only. For current FCPS students through past 5 years, please submit your request to the last school attended. Click here for a Directory of FCPS Schools.
PLEASE NOTE: A valid form of identification is required to place an order and can be uploaded within the ScribOrder application. A government-issued photo ID is preferred, however, if unavailable, please contact (703) 329-7741 to obtain a list of accepted documents and/or to discuss alternative methods to provide identification.
Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) will deliver all requested documents electronically by default, except for replacement diplomas. If you require hard copies to be mailed, please indicate this within the “Special Instructions” section.
IMPORTANT: If you require a notarized affidavit certifying the records - you MUST include this information within Special Instructions.
For Replacement Diploma Requests, this is for all former graduates from 2022 or prior.
You will receive emails from scribOnline@scribsoft.com to notify you of the status of your order. It is important you read those emails carefully as additional information may be required to process your request.
ACCESSING THE ORDER TRACKER: Once the order has been submitted and payment received, you will be directed to a confirmation page which contains the link to the Order Tracker. You will also receive a link to the Order Tracker via email from scribonline@scribsoft.com. To access the Order Tracker, you will enter your email address, order number and password. This order tracker is not a link to track orders with the US Postal Service
ONLINE PAYMENT OPTIONS:
- Credit or Debit Card.This is a secured option to pay the application fee online with a credit or debit card. No additional fees will be accessed to pay online.
- Money Order. A money order is to be used as an alternative to the online payment by selecting "Pay by Money Order" at the bottom of the form. Cash and checks will not be accepted. The money order must be made out and delivered to "Fairfax County Public Schools" along with a copy of your receipt or order number. Your order will not be processed until the money order is received.
