Online Corporate Information Request:
This is an official request for either a copy of a student record or for information about a student who last attended Fairfax County Public Schools in the 2016-17 (or earlier) school year. The information contained in this request should be considered private. Please complete all information in full and then finalize the order process through payment of the 'order fee'.
Please note: Verifications do not require a signed release as long as the information being provided is strictly directory information.
A signed release by the student will be required that specifies what records we are authorized to provide to you. The release must be signed by the eligible student (or parent if the student is less than 18 years of age and is not enrolled in high education, plus a copy of the signatory’s photo ID with signature).
You will receive emails from scribOnline@scribsoft.com to notify you of the status of your order. It is important you read those emails carefully as additional information may be required to process your request.
ACCESSING THE ORDER TRACKER: Once the order has been submitted and payment received, you will be directed to a confirmation page which contains the link to the Order Tracker. You will also receive a link to the Order Tracker via email from firstname.lastname@example.org. To access the Order Tracker, you will enter your email address, order number and password. This information does not contain US Postal Service Order Tracking.
